Once you have paid the $80 registration deposit (which is unrefundable), your registration will be official.

For those who are registered and need to pay

The page for payment of the remaining balance will open in early November; EC registrants will be contacted here later.

The remaining balance must be payed by Dec. 9.

If circumstances prevent you from paying by credit card, please register at the registration site and pay by money order or check.

For those who want to apply for a scholarship

The first application deadline is on Nov. 4. The second application deadline is on Dec. 9.

We will distribute the collected funds for the scholarship according to the needs of each individual. We are planning to send a notification of the amount you are awarded around Nov. 17 (the first deadline) and Dec. 13 (the second deadline).

The deadline for payment of the balance is December 9, but we will extend the balance payment to December 13 for scholarship applicants only.

If you need a refund for the scholarship, we will do it on the first day of EC.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, the registration deposite of $80 is, in principle, non-refundable.

In addition, the last day for payment of the balance due is December 9, and if payment has not yet been made by December 9, the registration will be treated as a cancellation in principle.
