Equipper Conference is for those Japanese who became Christians (or seekers) while living in the North America or other places outside of Japan to be equipped before they return to Japan.

These people were introduced to Christ by someone. These "someones" are their friends at school/work, English teachers, international student ministers, host families and so forth.

The RJC program is for those who want to be more effective in reaching out to Japanese people here in the North America. You will get connected with likeminded people to share your experiences and learn from each other.

The RJC program is for you if you are:

• a student who wants to be a cross-cultural missionary on campus
• a host family who wants to open up their homes and lives to Japanese people to introduce Christ
• a potential short or long term missionary to Japan
• a seasoned missionary in Japan who wants to share your experiences with others
• a friend of Japanese who wants to bring him/her to Equipper Conference
• ...and more!
